Wow,I'm stuck in these low 30's, seems like it's getting difficult to hit those 20's. I think it might be I've been jumping around too much on my diet plan. I was on low carb, then decided to go on a juicing diet. was going to do a 10 day plan. I liked it but after 7 days had to go back to low carb. Could not afford to buy all the vegs. & fruits for juicing. It was running me about $30.00 a day. I got the menu's from a popular juicing site online. I do pretty good on low carb diet and look at it mainly as a lifestyle instead of a diet. If I could do the exercise & walking I used to, I think I'd be at my goal weight. But arthritis holds me back quite a bit. Still walk, ride stationary bike, workout with dumb bells, and learning chair yoga. Still hanging in there best I can.
