I was not expecting to get to the gym and find I was well under 74kg as I had gone up a little bit to 75.4 the previous time I had weighed in - so to weigh myself and discover I am 73.4kg was brilliant! Really cheered me up today.
I have tried really hard to eat smaller portions and be a lot healthier this week, and to get to the gym (although I only made 1 out of 2 sessions as I was ill) and so I think I've done well. Go me!
So, down from 78.10kg to 73.4kg. Really pleased.
