alhamdulillah longgar dikit2 huhu,padahal 2 hari ini makan +- 3000kalori karna lagi bapil anehnya bb tetep turun,gara2 obes kali ya biasanya makan 1700 kal/hari,bener2 harus di nikmati dietnya jangan di bikin pusing intinya semangat
