Having a really bad morning with illness and constipation. Didn’t eat breakfast and blew it with two cans of grape crush at lunch…. Just now feeling well enough to journal. Try it again tomorrow diet plan. All I got rn.

Thx… I think I have IBS… but hard to get in to seem my doctor 👩‍⚕️ and been googling how to treat at home until I can. Didn’t know it could be so painful 🤦🏻‍♂️
