Ur maintenance calories is around 1300 so u have to take around 1100calories day I will suggest u toh have more of salad ,sprouts , As u have to take very much less calories take more of green vegetables 1fruit a day ,try eating boiled vegetable 1 time a day (preferably at night) U can take paneer soya egg or chicken according to ur preference . But again take in limited quantity and track ur calories too for carbs indian food is sufficient ,for fats u can take some nuts ,but overall u have to be in calorie deficit ,so design ur diet accordingly.

Sorry but spot reduction is not possible. U CAN'T lose fat from a particular part. U have to be in calorie deficit and follow a good diet with a proper exercise .

4kg of 15 days is possoble if u r very much over weight coz u will lose water weight and many more in start and definitely if u are pverweight u will lose upto 4kg in 15 to20 days . Now imp is, To lose 1kg u have to create a 7700 cal deficit Which means if u create 500/day it will took u approx 15 days to lose 1kg.
