Aur intermittent fasting maine start 12 -12 kia tha fir gradually maine kam kia aur 16-8 kia( aap choose kr skte ho tym apkoe according )16hrs fast 8hr of eating

For protein u can go with eggs chicken paneer soya chunks lentils
So for cutting you should consume 300 400 less calories from yoUR MAINTENANCE CALORIES AND ID U ADD UP SOME CARDIO LIKE RUNNING SKIPPING BURPEES KNEE JUMP SIDE JUMP ANY THING WHICH U LIKE IT CAN BE DANCE ALSO ,WILL SPPED UP UR PROGRESS...

Indian foods are full with carbs so as u are not competing or having any professional competition try to be only in calorie deficit with good amount of protein ,vitamin and mineral.
As carbs and fats are sufficiently present in indian diet.
