Reminder for me to help keep me focused.
March 7-April 6th--Loss 23 pounds
April7 to now ( April 23) lost 9 pounds, would like to lose 14 pounds by May 7th. To do this would have to lose 7 pounds a week for the next 2 weeks. Wow, this might be hard to do. If I lose 5 more pounds by May 7th...would put me at 255 lbs (65 pounds left to tackle) MET GOAL!! YES!!!!!!
May 8-June 7th shoot for 15 pound weight loss. Would leave 50 pounds to tackle. Goal weight 240
June 8th-July 7th shoot for 15 pound weight loss. Would leave 35 pounds to tackle. Goal weight 225
July 8th-August 7th shoot for 15 pound weight loss. Would leave 20 pounds to tackle. Goal weight 210
August 8th-September 7th shoot for 15 pound weight loss. Would leave 5 pounds to tackle. Goal weight 195
September 8th-November 7th shoot for 10 pounds. Would leave me 5 pounds under my goal. Goal weight would be 185.
Target would get reached in 5 1/2 months.
