Have had a rough few days. Went out to dinner with some friends for my hubby and my birthday on Weds and had stirfry chicken NO rice and no Terriyki sauce. Dipped in a little bit, but was a good girl. Didnt participate in the cake....YAY.
But tonight, was rougher. I had 1/2 a twice baked tater, and 1 slice of New York Cheesecake.... am under 100 carbs, but basically did not make my induction goal today. OH well there is tomorrow right?
All and all I am happy. I have lost a total of 12.2 lb since starting this on the 10th. I cannot complain....Back at it tomorrow.
