Surrived another crossfit session, still coming last but with more dignity now, I am dissapointed only another 100g down I feel like I deserve more but it all comes down to portion control or my lack of control. It's going to be another scortcher today so I'm packing up a Paleo picnic and we are heading to the beach for the day, sun, swim and sand this is why we came back to NZ I forget sometimes. Measure on Tuesday fingers crossed something has moved more drastically there or I will be pissed, Ka harikoa kotou #winningwithsmallvictories
121.6 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 36.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
