This morning's weigh in was not great, but it could have been much worse. I only gained a few ounces and that for sure was my fault. I have been hungry all week for some reason. But I challenge my self to eat right this coming week. I must. It is not hard to do that. I must continually remind myself of this fact. I know what to do. Just do it. It is going to be a great week.
