Doing good. I have successfully lowered my cortisol. Actually a bit to low but it will even out. I ate some junk food yesterday and still lost a little bit. Seems it has been much easier too not gain back as much. I didn't feel well earlier today and yesterday so just walking for now. I will try to get back in the game tomorrow with some kettlebell.
