So a combo of exercise till I'm sick and the "NO grains, dairy or the dreaded sugar" seem to be paying off, I went OTT on the home made ice cream yesterday and to be honest it was pretty icky, coconut cream with honey and fresh blueberries, but it was cold, sweet and creamy, thinking i might "donate" the rest of the tub to my dairy free friend, but as the sun is shinning who knows. It's a stunner of a morning so I'm off to slay dragons and take the mini terrorist to Khandallah pool, it's so cold even on a glorious day he is to cold to argue. #winningwithsmallvictories
