Today is a beautiful day, cold but nice. I have been researching a couple of things on the computer, so needless to say have not eaten right today so far. I will try to save the day for dinner. It is a hard journey. Help!!!!!!!!!! Well, today turned out to be a bad day in that I overate. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start.
