Aw boy, so here it is. First time this year that I actually break a sweat. I did the Tae Bo Cardio routine of Billy Blanks, which 4-5 years ago would not raise a problem, but today, my body reminded me how sedentary I've been for quite a long time. I had to pause a few times and get some air, and felt dizzy by the end of it, but all in all, it served as a good warning to never let myself go anymore. I'm glad I finally did a workout, the first of many more :)

Just take is slow. You don't want to over do it and be so soar that you can't lift a finger.

Thank you, Snezica :) Surprisingly, I don't feel sore today, just a bit tired. Tonight I'll stick to a shorter workout, and guess the same for the coming 2-3 weeks, until I catch my stamina, and then I'll work out more.
