Sometimes, if things are not going well I can convince myself that dieting doesn't work. But I have proven several times beyond any doubt that reducing my calorific intake makes me lose weight. This has been a little easier recently because I have give up meat, alcohol and non natural sugars which gives me more wiggle room. I weigh less than I have in a long long time.
