Day one on Induction AGAIN! But it went great and no sweet cravings. I have been the chocolate monster lately!But none today! I had a bit of a headache this afternoon but I do believe it is my sinus's! I am so happy to be back on track. Tomorrow is going to be even better! We have a big lake trip planned this weekend and I have already planned all the lowcarb meal and snacks! HERE IS TO A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE!
