I have really been a SLACKER since I was sick (almost 2 months ago)....But no time better than the present to start over. I am starting right now! I find when I don't check in daily I don't do well. I will be here on a daily basis and start tracking everything again!~ Summer has rolled around and here I am not in shape AGAIN! Big Lake trip this comming weekend and I have already started planning my low carb meals and snacks! I will do this! Now for dinner tonight: Rib Eye Steak and Cheesy Cauliflower Bake( from the recipe book here) IT IS AMAZING!
