Somebody's post made me realize we ate at a restaurant yesterday and I actually wanted a spinach salad. Wow! To want salad midst pasta and fried everything is a victory -- a dream come true actually.
After rehab I took a 4 hour nap. Woke up feeling sorta thinner so I weighed. It showed a 4 lb loss, which is hallelujah time, of course.
I did not weigh at rehab, but I will Wednesday, and will weigh again in the morning on my scale to double check.
