So far this week I only had one bad day. I hope that doesn't hurt my weight loss too bad. All in all I am doing good keeping track of my food and exercise. The exercise has to be gotten with chores around the house. I don't have the will to go out walking. My back hurts too bad if I stand for too long. Hoping losing some more of this weight will help that. Tuesday is my weigh in day.
