I love my pedometer!!
I had bought it a while ago from a WW meeting, but never actually got around to using it. This week I made it a point to find a place to walk. I discovered there is a track near my new abode and after work, before I make dinner, I have been going there and walking around it. At first I had decided how many times I would circle the track. However, while having the pedometer on I have now shifted my focus on distance. I want to make sure that I go farther than I did the day before. I also like that I can just enter the amount of steps I took in the exercise tracker on the WW website and it calculates how many exercise points I've gained!
I am feeling good this week! 4 out of 4 days I have walked that track. It's been raining like crazy here in Jersey however, every time I go to walk, the clouds part and it doesn't rain while I circle that track. Someones supporting me!
