I'm laughing at myself this morning. I rub the top of one foot, one knee & one hip with Voltaren. Wrap the foot, put on back support and neck brace. Now ready to do my 1.5 mile walk. Going slower today but increasing the amount of time on incline. Wasn't feeling well so delayed an hour and took it easier on the walk so I could stick it out. I AM SO WONDERFUL AT OF MY BODY AND PUSHING IT ONLY AS FAR AS IT CAN BE PUSHED!
