Had a great morning, spread some strawberries over my cereal with yogurt and was a bliss. The FS is telling me I should weight in, whilst I feel a bit swollen from my "feminine days", so I guess it'll have to wait. I always weigh more during these days. I feel better doe, last few days of eating sugar-free and adding fruits instead make me feel vibrant and toned.

If the scales make or break your workouts never ever weigh in during those days as the weight fluctuates a lot and the scales more often than not tip to the heavier side. So let the scales rest during that crucial week so as not to get demotivated.

Exactly what I'll do, Dynamic. It's not gonna affect my motivation, just that I know it's not a real number.
