I feel so guilty rescheduling my session with my trainer today to Friday. I’m not sure if I have allergies, a cold or my body is just shocked at the changes I made in the last three weeks. I want to go outside for a walk but I also know I need to give my body a break as I haven’t had a rest day in the last three weeks. I use the gym to not think about the cravings and because I haven’t been able to go yesterday or today my mind just doesn’t stop thinking about food 🥹
