boiled chicken brest mix with 3 or 4 eggs white and just cook like omelette .... easy and delicious and also rich of protein low fat and carb.

as a nutritionist i want say one thing to all of you. don't follow anyone learn how to loss or gain our weight. there are 4 basic rules.... calories protein fat carb we must to know about that.

salam bhai mn daily 1000 calories consumed karta hon phir mn sham ko 7 km brisk walk karta hon us mn 300 t0 400 calories burn karta hon lakin muke nahi lag raha ke mera weight kam ho raha hay plz is ke baray kuch bata den

What's your body weight & how much do u want to lose? If u want to lose fat, calorie deficit diet & walking is the best solution. Any anaerobic exercise takes energy from carbs.
