My weight is like a bouncing ball. I'm eating too many carbs in the form of bread. Did anyone see Dr. Oz and his "new" plan? He says 2 million people have tried it and worked out the kinks. I started it this morning with a glass of warm lemon water.
Confession: yesterday was so stressful I blew it completely after having to call 911 for vertigo so severe I thought I'd had a stroke. I missed rehab and got so depressed I just ate whatever I felt like -- pasta for supper, beef pot pie, an oatmeal cake. Stupid, but now I just have to let it go, forgive myself and admit I'm human.
Today is a new day.
I'm headed for the Oz site.
