This is my day to start over. Way too many things going on --but tired of making excuses. I am returning to Atkins Induction to get me started. Weighed in this morning on Wii--210.3/33.01/"60". Looking forward to keeping track of all by journaling what I eat. Just noticed the food journal actually tracks the grams of fat/carbs/protein/calories. That will make it easier to see where I am every day. Its late tonight--just logged my food for the day. Will start walking or back on WiiFit in the morning
