dri sepengetahuan saya si kak, sy prnh denger dari youtube kalo smisal udah sampe bb stuck itu gapapa kaya wajar, yg penting ttp bertahan defisit kalori dan atur jenis makanan nya ttp lanjutin, nanti diliat sampe 1-2 minggu, itu baru dia bakal turun lagi, stuck itu krn lgi proses menyesuaikan nya mgkin ka, semangat, Semoga sehat selalu ka🌼
