Today has been such a hard day to stay on track! I have two meetings in a row that are each 6 hours away, round trip. I just got home a bit ago and vacuumed my car, and ate dinner with my husband. Tomorrow I have to start the 12 hour day again! :) I am so proud that I got up at 4:30am today and did my exercises before I left for the meeting! It definitely gave me the energy I needed to get through the day. Now I need to food prep for tomorrow, and make sure I get those extra exercises in to substitute for all of the hours sitting in the meeting and driving instead of running after students all day at school. Well good luck all! Don't let "life" get in the way of your healthy lifestyle!
