kekacauan kurang protein hari ini gara" lunchnya diajakin temen makan ayam geprek 😭.. semoga tetep aman ya kalori harian aman.. akhirnya dinner masak dada ayam pake toge aja dibumbuin ala ala Pepper lunch sama putih telor rebus
