Ok, day three and still going strong!! I intook a lot less than I thought and burned more calories than I intook. Which is really good!
I'm starting to recognise when I'm hungry and when I just want to eat out of habit. A girl at my work is on weight watchers and lost nine pounds in two weeks. I was looking at one of her pamphlets about reading your body's signals. (I.e. When you're hungry, full, or "just right") So I've really been paying attention to that. I'm trying not to stuff myself and eat until I feel satisfied, but not overfull. I feel so much better!
I've also been drinking a lot more water. Which is a big deal to me because I hate water and never drink it. Haha.
