I'm so excited today!!!!!! on track with my workouts!! Yesterday, Unpacked my Christmas present from my son, the BOSU, inflated it and practiced a lil bit on to get the feeling then did my 9wks fat loss transformation scheduled workout and walked for 35 mins on treadmill!!! Now I'm waiting on my training today http://yourbrainathon.com - I love learning about my brain and how it works and to change my thoughts to support my goals!!
