I did super awesome today! I stuck to my diet and had a hardcore workout.
So, after counting up all my calories from yesterday, I decided that I should be intaking about 2,000 calories or less a day.
I also decided that I want to lose at least ten pounds by the fourth of July. That means that I would have to lose a little over three pounds a week. I think it's doable! I really want to look good at our families celebration at my granparent's lakehouse.
