Not feeling strong today. Overindulged on sweets on New Year's Eve which started my cravings back into high gear. AND it's that time of month. I already got off track today with cheese puffs. Now I have to pull myself together and get focused. All I want to do is eat and sleep right now, though.

I've been snacking a lot the last week or so myself. Do you like dill pickles ? someone suggested I eat one when I get the munchies. Maybe it would curve your craving for something salty.

That is a good suggestion cause they are tasty and all that vinegar helps dampen appetite.

Don't feel bad. I ate pecan turtles and Christmas cookies on New Year's eve. All I wanted to do was sleep and hide from my mistake. I did get a walk in instead of riding in the car. You will bounce back. Been there, done that. Get some rest, eat and know that this too shall pass.

Could be a good time to turn those snacks into half-meals and not eat one meal instead. I sometimes need to do that to keep my hunger from creeping up on me. Just a suggestion. I hope you find something that works.
