So my daughter and her now husband just left to go back to NC. I did not follow healthy eating patterns as a constant while they were here. There was a wedding going on! So, I did gain 2 pounds, but I know it will come off and I am back on track eating healthy and exercising again.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Congratulations on the new addition to the family. You must be so happy. Well, let me say that I hope you are. Im sure those 2 pounds are just water retention and will be gone before you know it.
