Great looking fruit and certainly a better choice than many things served in restaurants. But as a diabetic I’m sure you know that sugar is sugar regardless of the source and will spike your blood sugars. And it would help to eat some type of protein with those carbs

this looks amazing great choice.

Not quite, Kenna. The fiber in fruit cushions the spike. And you don't know what Doogle is doing to monitor blood sugar. Could be they're monitoring and aware of how this affects them or doesn't already

I tend to eat my 2-3 servings a fruit a day at the same time. This appeals to me. I scrolled back on your posts and your meals look absolutely awesome.

I just noticed there’s skin on the kiwi. Do you eat it with skin?

Yes — I eat the skin on both kiwis and mangoes. I prefer it that way, and I’m sure it adds a bit of fiber and nutrients! 🥝 🥭

Thankfully, I’m not diabetic or pre-diabetic. My A1C is always below 57, which my doctor tells me is normal. I mentioned the level of sugar just because I’m aware that it’s the one potential downfall of eating fruit so I think it’s interesting to know.

Cool, I’d have to try it. I always hated cutting the skin out on a kiwi lol I also eat mangos with skin
