My evening of the first day back on track. Can not believe how much I nibbled over the last while. So easy to taste just one cookie while making dozens, and snacking mid afternoon while deciding what to make for supper, and deciding I will get hungry in the middle of the night if I don't have a snack before I go to bed (my head playing the game with me there!), and walking past the fridge more than a dozen times a day just to see what's in there and plan what I'm going to do with each item. Today was a real eye-opener while I really watched myself and my habits. Have more challenges in getting my focus away from food than I do with whether I'm hungry or not. Will give me something to ponder before tackling tomorrow (and stick to the plan better than I did today).
