Going on holiday in October. It’s nice to have a goal to work towards. Problem is I don’t know how to set a healthy goal for that time frame. I want to say “anything is good as long as I’m smaller and more active” but then I end up skipping workouts or over indulging because I’ve made a small amount of progress. 😅

It's great you have the big picture goal. Now you need to break it down to smaller goals : hourly, daily, weekly. Write down your strategy and tick it off as you go. You'll do great 👍

Do u know Kay...I'm js back from holiday a couple of weeks ago and that really got to me, the belt buckle on the plane, I got it fastened but I had to have it stretched right out and although the tray was down, I did not feel comfortable, I think that might be one of my biggest motivators because it has really stuck in my head!

I'm exactly like this! I think yay I lost 5 lb I can now over indulge and eat whatever I like 🤦‍♀️ at least I know what I need to fix!

I agree with Anbe small goals. I find it easier if i plan my meals for the week then shop accordingly. I always track my macros and try to keep roughly within my target.im losing slowly but I'm fine with that. u have to do what works best for u. Good luck xxx
