Thanks 😊 This soup is pretty basic. I use already made chicken broth (made from just boiling bones, nothing added). I season it usually with some sautéed garlic, s+p, onion or onion powder, thyme and maybe sage. I add precooked chicken meat at the end of cooking (either home roasted or store bought) and this particular one I tried to thicken with a little arrowroot powder, but it didn't do much.
I made another one later where I thickened it by cooking 2 heads of cauliflower in the broth and blending that before adding the chicken meat. It worked soo well and it's super delicious 😋
