I'm surprised that I have lost anything. I was so motivated at the beginning of the week, being very aware of what I was eating. I made sure it was healthy, lots of fruit and vegetables although portion size was rather on the large side but I completely lost it by the weekend and went off the rails. I think my saving grace was the effort I put in at first. I haven't been able to exercise much as my fibromyalgia has flared up and my right ankle and knee are not good so I really am thankful that I have managed to lose and not gain. I have my sister and niece, who love their food and drink and fortunately have a better metabolism than me, staying next week so things will probably take a turn for the worse weight wise but life isn't just about body image it's about being happy and enjoying all the experiences you can so if I have a blip it will be worth it and I can get back on track afterwards. So this week I must make a real effort to allow for potentially going off track next week Keep up the good work 😉
