Goodness, I just finished a "loggers" brunch. Since I woke early and took an hour walk using my wii, by 9:30 I was getting hungry. So I took out my smaller cast iron pan, melted bacon grease in it then added 4 large eggs. I put on a lid and turned down the heat for 3-4 minutes. I had prebaked my bacon the day before and as always, saved the grease. It was all sooo delish!!
So here I am completely satisfied and ready to start my day. My dishes are calling me but they'll wait until I've finished my mug of coffee. I feel very good getting some walking in. The weather looks to be continuing in the upper 50's to lower 60's the rest of the week.
It's almost the weekend!

HI Ruby, even though our mothers are no longer with us doesn't me we
can't celebrate them. I am going to get a balloon and let it go at my
mom's grave site. Also going to put some flowers for her. Have a great
