Been a while since I’ve done a weigh in, changed medications for pcos and endo which has impacted my weight gain. Going to try and get back on track despite the challenges.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
