My greatest challenge is carbs. Any grain products. Have begun starting my day with shakes instead of toasted whatevers. Seems to be helping. Still a challenge to keep the alcohol intake down tho still sticking to low cal beer and mixing soda with my wine (I know, I know: it's a sacrilege) but these little tricks do seem to help.
