I did 2 scoops to thicken the Batter, 1/2 cup Almond milk, 1/2 cup egg whites and 3 whole eggs. 715 cal, 58.5 prot, 72.5 carbs, 20.25 fat I know it's heavy but I'm "fixin" to go off road biking today.
