I reset my RDI tonight. For the reason that its the number that I was eating and losing weight back in 2012. My work schedule is now set for me to be home four out of the five day week. So I have four days when my commute time of 30 minutes can be spent burning calories on the stationary bike. This also allows for more time to cook real dinners.
