I have not weighed in recently. i think i will tomorrow if i remember, but i like to do it in the morning before i've eaten. i find it gives a more accurate reading.
i started working out with my best friend this week! we do Dance by Jessica Byrge video mixes on youtube, along with warmup and cooldown stretches and the occasional arm workout to add that into the mix. i've been sore but it's a good thing, and i've found i've had more energy these past few days, as well as been happier overall. also now that i have an exercise routine, i'm wanting to break my healthy eating routine less often as well.
also, my birthday is in a little over a week. i don't know if there's anything healthy at buffalo wild wings, but it's my birthday tradition and i'm totally okay with having something heavy. plus it's right by school so i can just run there afterwards and catch my friends getting off work in that area.
