Things are going well. I can see the difference in the mirror and in the way my clothes are fitting. I’ve gotten into a pair of jeans that I wasn’t able to get on for quite a long time! This is helping me stay motivated.
52.4 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
