You can eat egg yolk, rather yolk is very much necessary. I am researching on it, and i have felt it increases testosterone and helps in protein synthesis. Also this is old science that egg yolk would increase your cholesterol, your body itself produces 2000mg of cholesterol daily, and one egg has around - 180mg of cholesterol — so your body will lower it’s production as you are providing from outside. You can safely eat as per me 5 whole eggs, if you are doing good workout and cardio.
