Had an Equate protein shake and a large coffee with whole milk and Splenda (damn gas station was out of stevia) between lunch and dinner. We’re sitting at 1390 calories for the day with 4g of added sugar consumed so far. Based on my BMR I have 1000 calories to play with yet.
