I love carbs too and it's very hard when trying to reduce them from daily intake. personally the "cold turkey" approach to No Carbs doesn't work for me. I've tried many approaches until I found what works. Now I have just a little bit of carbs with my me (chicken and rice with veggies) and it helps a lot overall.

I am like you love. I love my bread and pasta but I use portion control on it. So far seems to work for me. Keep up the good work
