Yay
All the being good is slowly paying off. Only managed to get to the gym the last couple of Tuesdays, so hoping that with this Friday at the gym and hopefully a bit over the weekend (or at least a nice long walk) that I will be able to improve upon the weight loss a bit more in the coming next few weeks.

Not looking forward to Christmas, as it is clearly easier to put it on than to lose(!), so will have to be really careful and make sure I get some exercise in.

Have had some really good gym sessions; today I improved on some personal bests and have been doing far more cardio than last year which is where the weight loss is coming from. The gym tried to tell me that weight training would be the thing to do to lose weight as it takes maximum effort but to me it is obvious that I needed to up the cardio. So glad I did.

Am using high intensity intervals with an active rest rather than plodding at it. Seem to be coming out of the gym much hotter and sweatier!

Really starting to feel like I can do this! Hurrah!

Back in a couple of weeks for another update. x
